Located in the southwest of Galicia in the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, and more specifically in the sub-areas of O Condado and O Rosal, Adegas Galegas was founded in 1995.
In the small winery of Pazo de Almuíña we experiment with the different varietals to produce unique wines such as Veigadares, known as the white of whites, Gran Veigadares, or the exclusive capsule collection of D. Pedro Castes Autóctonas monovarietal wines.
It is in this boutique winery where we make wines that manage to transmit the diversity and richness of the Rías Baixas. In addition to different varieties, we use tanks made with different types of woods, sizes, origins and toasts, as well as various production processes in order to achieve high quality wines with differentiating characteristics.
As in most buildings of the time, the winery is located on the ground floor of the building, seeking an appropriate temperature and humidity for the conservation of the vineyard.
Perfect with seafood.
